Role Overview: We are seeking a Design Engineer/Manager with proven experience in the design and layout planning of mechanical/automated parking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating site-specific requirements into efficient, technically accurate, and installation-ready parking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 2D/3D design layouts and mechanical drawings for puzzle, stacker, tower, and shuttle parking systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate design options.
- Collaborate with the sales and execution teams to align design with client needs and site constraints.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, load calculations, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards, and applicable codes.
- Optimize layouts for space efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and ease of installation.
- Assist in preparing design documentation and presentations for clients, consultants, and architects.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for design integration and component specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–7 years of experiencein designing mechanical parking systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design software.
- Understanding of parking system mechanics, dimensions, and structural limitations.
- Ability to interpret architectural and civil drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (cold calling, networking, social media & presentations etc).
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models, and evaluate customer’s demands, and needs to build productive long-lasting relationships.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal, team sales targets and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences & attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (BBA, BE/ Diploma (Mechanical/ Electrical), MBA Marketing
- 0-6 years’ efficient experience in sales & marketing.
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Fast learner & a passion for sales, self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel & Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
- People at the senior level should have people management skills for a few of the repartees.
Installation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Installation Engineer to join Shyam Global Technoventures Pvt. Ltd. The role involves installing, assembling, and commissioning various automated car parking systems, including Stacker, Puzzle, Tower, and Multilevel systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, assemble, and commission mechanical and automated car parking systems at project sites.
Perform electrical and mechanical installations, ensuring proper wiring and component connections.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency of systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing effective and timely solutions.
Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals for installation and troubleshooting.
Ensure all installation work complies with project specifications, safety protocols, and technical standards.
Provide technical support to site teams and assist in client communication when required.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Experience:Prior experience in installation or commissioning of automated parking systems, elevators, or related machinery preferred.
Technical Skills & Soft Skills:
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, control panels, and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in using installation and maintenance tools.
- Knowledge of safety standards and prior safety training/certifications preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Effective communication and adaptability in field environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites if required.
