Role Overview
As Technical Sales Head, you will lead sales and business development for our parking solutions, managing key client relationships, mentoring regional sales teams, and driving revenue growth. The role requires strategic thinking, consultative selling, technical knowledge of parking systems, and strong operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead B2B sales strategy for automated parking systems (Puzzle, Shuttle, Stacker,
    Tower) across Pune & Mumbai regions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with real estate developers, commercial projects, infrastructure clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend optimal parking system solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, commercial quotations, and project presentations.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, logistics, and project execution teams for seamless delivery.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure and execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
  • Mentor and guide regional sales teams, ensuring performance tracking, training, and motivation.
  • Oversee sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, optimizing revenue and profitability.
  • Lead strategic partnerships, key account management, and co-branded initiatives with OEMs and clients.
  • Drive process improvements in sales, operations, and client engagement to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and digital lead generation campaigns to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure timely procurement, vendor coordination, and cost optimization for project execution.
  • Manage product portfolio and lifecycle, aligning offerings with market demand and client expectations.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical, (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in mechanical/automated parking systems or industrial engineering solutions.
  • Proven experience in driving regional sales, managing high-value clients, and strategic account management.
  • Strong understanding of puzzle, shuttle, stacker, and tower systems, layout planning, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent negotiation, client management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, procurement processes, and project execution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic CAD/layout interpretation.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and strategic business development.
  • Strong command on local Marathi language (mandatory), along with Hindi & English
